Philadelphia Associate Ashley B. Friedman Recognized as Outstanding Volunteer Attorney by Support Center for Child Advocates

Philadelphia Associate Ashley B. Friedman was recognized as an Outstanding Volunteer Attorney by the Support Center for Child Advocates during National Pro Bono Week. She was featured on the organization's website on October 24, 2023.

Oustanding Volunteer Attorneys are nominated by staff for their dedication and exceptional work for the organization. The Support Center for Child Advocates works to protect the rights of child abuse and neglect victims, striving to ensure their safety, justice, well-being, and a nurturing environment through securing social services, alternative homes, legal support, and family preservation.

"I became a child advocate to help our city’s most vulnerable children and to give them a voice in their dependency proceedings," said Ms. Friedman. "I believe this work is essential to help these children access the services and programs they need to thrive and grow."

Ms Friedman focuses her practice on commercial litigation, employment law, and general liability litigation. She represents employers in state and federal court in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters and has experience handling all aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial.
