Silver is managing partner of the Phoenix office and the firm's national practice group leader for the Retail & Hospitality and Government Regulatory & Administrative Law practice groups. A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Silver has more than 30 years’ experience handling complicated business and real estate related disputes. Silver has received national and international press coverage for a number of high profile cases including cases against Maricopa County's notorious former sheriff and on behalf of several celebrity clients, including recording artist, Diana Ross, Woodstock co-Founder Arte Kornfeld and Olympic Champion Olga Korbut.
Barrett is assistant managing partner of the Phoenix office and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Tort & Product Liability, Professional Liability Defense and Employment Law practice groups. She maintains a diverse litigation practice with areas of expertise in representing businesses and individuals in a variety of tort claims ranging from negligence to defamation as well as contract related claims, representing lawyers for claims related to malpractice, representing directors and officers in actions for alleged breaches of fiduciary duties and related claims, representing residential and commercial contractors in construction litigation and defending contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers in product defect litigation.
Booker is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Product & General Liability, Professional Liability Defense, and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. With a proven skill and passion for trial law, his practice includes extensive experience defending product manufacturers in the context of property damage and catastrophic injury/wrongful death, including automotive products, towing/trailers, fire litigation, chemical substance exposure involving both industrial and household products.
