Gordon & Rees Partner Brenda Radmacher Featured Speaker at ABA Forum on Construction Law Webinar

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Los Angeles Partner, Brenda Radmacher, will be a featured speaker at the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law’s (“ABA FCL”) webinar entitled, “Return on Investment of Construction Claims: How to Best Advise Clients on Legal Strategy in Construction Claims,” on Wednesday, March 31.

Radmacher will be moderating the discussion with construction experts, Phil Roy and Marc Rosenbaum of David Patillo & Associates, on how attorneys can more clearly answer the age-old question favored by clients – “What is this going to cost me and is the return worth the fight?”

Attendees will participate in a demonstration of a simple yet powerful analysis tool which provides both counsel and stakeholders with a systematic approach to the valuation and probability of success for each source of damage on a project and the factors that might increase the return on the investment both from the claimant and respondent perspectives.

Additionally, the speakers will provide a deeper understanding of cause/effect and give insight into how clients can effectively navigate the decision points that arise throughout the dispute resolution process; helping attendees to communicate an overall strategy for the recovery of damages (or defense of such claims) and the most efficient and cost-effective path to recovery.

Radmacher focuses her practice on construction law and is called on as a counselor, litigator, and noted speaker in regard to issues involving land owners, general contractors, developers, builders, and design professionals. She has a varied practice with significant experience in representing companies to address risk management issues, handling their litigation, and drafting critical documents and procedures.
