Seana Azad Joins GRSM as Environmental and Toxic Tort Partner in Walnut Creek Office

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Seana Azad as a Partner in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. He strengthens the Environmental and Toxic Tort practice, expanding the firm’s capabilities in Northern California.

Azad focuses his practice on general civil litigation, employment law, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. He has represented clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies in complex toxic tort and product liability cases in both California and federal courts. Additionally, he has advised and defended clients in various disputes, including mass tort litigation, contract disputes, construction defect cases, and employment and labor law matters.

“I joined GRSM because of the experienced trial attorneys, the robust support system for representing clients, and the firm’s ability to address all the needs of larger clients, beyond just one area of law,” said Azad.

He is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from San Jose State University.

GRSM is a leader in the defense of environmental, chemical, asbestos, cosmetic, and industrial talc litigation and other toxic tort claims. We have a proven record of success at trial, on appeal, and through cost-effective settlements. From PFAS and talc litigation to air quality and hazardous substance releases, we offer experienced lawyers in every state.

The Walnut Creek team collaborates with GRSM attorneys across the country, capitalizing on the firm’s 50-state platform to provide legal solutions for our clients nationwide.
