This article breaks down the newly enacted changes due to the Protect Illinois Communities Act and provides transparency in the policies’ effects on gun owners, businesses, and the way that attorneys advise and defend their clients, whether criminal or civil.
Mr. Federman is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Insurance and Commercial Litigation practice groups. His practice includes representation of insurance company clients in disputes arising out of commercial general liability, professional liability, business auto, directors and officers, and other types of insurance policies.
Ms. Jocius is an Associate in the firm's Chicago office who focuses her practice on defending clients in Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Environmental/Toxic Tort litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in insurance defense, general commercial litigation, appellate work, and toxic tort litigation while working for a civil defense law firm.
