The panel will discuss operational considerations needed on the path to reopening for restaurants and provide guidelines for required health and safety measures to put in place.The panel will also address human resources questions, include legal guidance and financial considerations as well as provide a number of key details to consider as your business navigates uncharted waters.
Along with Holvick, panelists include Laurie Aaronson, Founder of AOC SF, Pete Sittnick, Managing Partner at Waterbar and EPIC Steak, and Andy Chun, Co-Founder of Sidecar Hospitality and Managing Partner of Schroeder’s.
Holvick is a partner in the Employment and Retail & Hospitality practice groups of Gordon & Rees. She is an experienced trial attorney with expertise in handling employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also regularly handles lawsuits involving class action “wage and hour” violations and PAGA claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, she regularly provides advice and counseling, drafts employee handbooks, conducts harassment and management training sessions, and performs workplace investigations.
