Stacy Moon Selected as Speaker for 2022 DRI Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference

Birmingham Partner Stacy L. Moon has been selected as a speaker for the 2022 DRI Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference, March 21-23, in Houston, Texas. On March 23, she will moderate and serve as a panelist with Judge (ret) Joseph “Tad” Halbach and John Swanson in “The Importance of ‘Story’ Throughout the Pretrial Process.” This session will explore the importance of knowing the story of the case and laying it out in all stages of litigation, from the initial answer or motion to dismiss through the start of trial.

In-house counsel from NASA, the FBI, and Fortune 500 companies, as well as judges, and trial attorneys from across the country will attend the 2022 DRI Business Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference.
