Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Tessan Wess as a Partner in the firm's Portland office. She joins the firm's Commercial Litigation, Product & General Liability, Retail & Hospitality, and Trucking & Transportation practice groups.
Ms. Wess' practice involves the defense of individuals and businesses in a variety of matters including premises liability, hospitality, transportation, product liability, intentional torts, and catastrophic injury claims. She achieves favorable results for clients through thoughtful procedural and substantive legal strategy.

In addition to her role as a litigator, Ms. Wess serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. In this position, she stays connected with Oregon’s legal community and apprised of legislative efforts that may impact the firm’s clients. She has been honored as an Oregon Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Ms. Wess is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, Florida, the U.S. District Court of Oregon, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.
