Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Travis Richins as a Partner in the firm’s Alexandria office. He strengthens the Advertising & E-Commerce practice, deepening the firm’s bench in Virginia.
Richins has more than 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and trademark law. He guides companies through the complexities of trademark registration, brand protection, and trademark dispute resolution. His approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether they are small startups or established companies looking to secure their brand identity and defend against infringement.

Richins is admitted to practice in Virginia. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University and his undergraduate degree in music from the University of Utah, graduating cum laude from both institutions.
