Charleston Senior Counsel William Kleindienst has been appointed Vice Chair of the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals. He was reappointed to a fourth term on the board in June 2022.
He focuses his practice on advising companies in real estate and business transactions as well as in litigation. His practice includes providing legal counsel to businesses and individuals in real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, technology, food & beverage, retail, and manufacturing. He routinely works with clients on commercial real estate, environmental/toxic tort, digital asset laws, products liability, and litigation. He represents public sector agencies and municipalities in a wide variety of legal matters.
