Amanda handles all aspects of litigation defending employers from all employment law actions, including but not limited to, claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other state law claims. Amanda also defends employers in wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation.
Amanda works with clients to overhaul HR practices and develop best practices to reduce employee claims.
While in law school, Amanda served as a mediator at the San Mateo Superior Court’s Small Claims Court. Amanda applies a creative problem-solving framework to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients in all phases of litigation, and pre-litigation. In doing so, Amanda strives to effectively evaluate a matter early on and develop cost effective solutions for her clients.
