Austin C. Evans is Senior Counsel in GRSM’s Nashville office. He is a seasoned litigator and business advocate, dedicated to solving his clients’ legal challenges through an approach that is both tailored and transparent. He has extensive experience across diverse areas of law, including trucking and transportation, employment law, governmental tort law, music and entertainment, professional liability, and real estate. This broad practice background enables him to handle cases with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring results-driven representation that aligns with each client’s unique needs and objectives.

An Alabama native, Austin earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial team. This formative experience sharpened his skill and passion for advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Before attending law school, Austin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
