Associate

Benjamin D. Rowley focuses his practice on commercial litigation and appellate matters for clients throughout the United States. Ben has experience drafting high-stakes motions and appeals. He defends clients in complex multi-plaintiff product liability and employment suits, including class actions and multi-district litigation. He also handles professional liability matters, business torts, breach of contract, false imprisonment, and fiduciary duty cases. Prior to joining GRSM, Ben was an associate at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where he handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Ben earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received several recognitions for stellar moot court performance, including the Friedman Award for Advocacy Excellence and Best Respondent Brief at the National Moot Court Competition. During law school, Ben also served as a Judicial Extern for Judge Ronald Bartkowicz of the Cook County Law Division.

Ben continues to stay involved with Loyola’s Moot Court Program, serving as a coach for the Wagner Labor and Employment Moot Court Team.
