Brady combines a nuanced understanding of increasingly complicated legal frameworks with an unparalleled ability to identify and communicate client interests with clarity and brevity. Brady is thus able to avoid unnecessary time and expense by ensuring that everyone, from the client and opposing counsel, to the court, and, if necessary, the jury, are all on the same page as to the nature of disputes and the proper resolution thereof.
Brady began his career as a judicial law clerk for the Nebraska Court of Appeals, where he developed a keen understanding of the components of a winning case on appeal. Brady has since turned his focus to helping clients, ranging from small businesses to large institutions, navigate the challenges associated with commercial litigation in both state and federal court.
Prior to GRSM, Brady assisted clients in matters of contract and general business disputes, and Brady has extensive experience working on insurance-related matters such as defending claims against individual insureds and defending insurers in breach of contract and bad faith actions. At GRSM, Brady is an integral part of the firm’s centralized approach to commercial litigation matters, which prioritizes creativity to aggressively identify and pursue strategies that could lead to a favorable resolution of claims before trial. In the event that a matter must proceed to trial, Brady has the legal acumen and experience to protect and preserve client interests throughout trial and maximize the prospects of a favorable outcome.
