Bruce Moore focuses his practice on Energy Infrastructure and Real Estate development.

As an integral part of one of the country’s most experienced project teams, Bruce has been instrumental in the successful development of billions of dollars in energy infrastructure—including thousands of miles of interstate and intrastate pipelines around the country. From land acquisition through litigation, Bruce is experienced in providing clients with full service representation.

As liaison counsel, for a billion dollar—1,300 acre—commercial development project, Bruce has significant experience with acquisition, land entitlements, public financing, public infrastructure development, and the sale of property necessary to aide in the completion of a successful development.

Bruce balances his development practice with general commercial litigation—including matters related to commercial contracts and construction disputes, complex commercial litigation, and professional liability matters. In this role, Bruce has extensive experience in all phases of litigation including: alternative dispute resolution, expert and fact witness depositions, discovery motions, dispositive motions, trial in both state and federal court, and appellate briefing.

With a client focused mentality, Bruce prides himself on being accessible to his clients when they need him most.
