Caroline Baird is a litigator and trial lawyer who focuses her practice on environmental and toxic tort, commercial litigation, and construction. Caroline handles a wide variety of litigation matters for clients involving complex commercial disputes, employment and business disputes, professional liability defenses, and product and premises liability claims. She regularly represents and counsels businesses that are involved in disputes with current and former employees, business associates, and third-parties bringing commercial and professional claims.

- Secured a complete dismissal of a defamation claim in which the plaintiff alleged that a realtor harmed her reputation by advising other landlords against leasing to her.
