Christina Sinclair has broad litigation experience and represents sports and entertainment clients in both pre-litigation disputes and in employment and other industry-related claims in active litigation. She also counsels professional and collegiate athletics clients on their compliance obligations under federal law and applicable league obligations, and counsels and negotiates on behalf of sports and entertainment industry clients in connection with various agreements and corporate transactions, including content licensing, distribution, right of publicity/NIL, publishing, music, sponsorship, venue, and other agreements.
