Collin Schwartz

Collin has had extensive experience handling complex legal matters for various companies, ranging in size from the world’s largest banks to fintech startups. Prior to joining GRSM, Collin was General Counsel to a number of fintech-focused startups, where he was instrumental in resolving numerous regulatory enforcement actions, and managed global and regional regulatory functions for the financial services industry. Collin has also represented some of New York’s most prominent real estate developers in redefining the Manhattan skyline.

Prior to joining GRSM, Collin was general counsel and an executive at a seasoned fintech startup, with successful track record of resolving regulatory matters.
