Collin Schwartz is a Partner in the New York and Miami offices. He handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving environmental and chemical exposure claims, product liability, business disputes, construction disputes, professional liability and consumer finance. His experience includes representing some of the largest insurance companies, financial institutions, and construction companies in the world. Collin has well proven experience representing Fortune 500 clients in complex, multi-plaintiff product liability class actions, and mass torts. Collin has also successfully navigated companies through regulatory enforcement, having negotiated settlements and consent orders with various federal and state agencies.

Collin’s business and business owner clients also utilize his services to assist with various complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business fraud, investor disagreements, alliance and joint venture disputes, construction contracts, and purchase and sale matters. He has served as General Counsel to a number of innovative companies, including the largest peer-to-peer financial services company, and serves as outside general counsel to companies in various sectors, including AI, blockchain, and travel.

Additionally, Collin handles numerous real estate matters, including escrow disputes and construction lien foreclosures.  He also manages M&A deals, having sold companies to Fortune 500 companies seeking acquisitions. Collin has served in various management roles at some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
