Dina Glucksman is a Partner in GRSM's Employment practice group in the Los Angeles office. Dina has an active employment litigation and counseling practice focused primarily on defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, wrongful termination, defamation, and harassment. Ms. Glucksman also focuses her practice on complex business disputes and class action cases, with a special focus on wage and hour issues.

Dina regularly counsels employers on hiring practices, terminations, workplace investigations, reductions in work force issues, and litigation avoidance practices. Dina also provides guidance to employers regarding negotiation of separation agreements, drafting employment handbooks, policies, and procedures, and various issues related to wage and hour compliance. Dina focuses her practice on proactive assistance to clients, in order to avoid actionable conduct relating to employment issues in the future.
