With more than fifteen years of experience advising top-tier financial services, technology, and consumer products companies on complex litigation matters, government and regulatory investigations, and enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, Deborah has a proven track record of successfully resolving high-stakes, multi-agency actions and complex commercial litigation.

Deborah has provided representation and counsel to business leaders in the U.S. and Asia on high-impact civil, regulatory, and enforcement matters, including but not limited to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, securities and derivative litigation, class actions, product recalls, privacy compliance, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) class actions, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims, customer disputes, and complex commercial litigation.
