Elena Kuzminova is a Partner in the Dallas and Southern California offices of GRSM, practicing in the area of commercial litigation, privacy, internet, and technology law. She has extensive experience handling complex business matters, including contract and tort disputes; privacy, data breach, and cybersecurity litigation; as well as advertising, marketing, and digital matters. As part of her privacy and technology practice, Elena represents clients in matters arising out of the FTC Act, CCPA, CIPA, COPPA, and CDFA, and assists clients with compliance with privacy laws and regulations. In her practice, Elena has handled matters involving complex software systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning platform. She is actively engaged in defense of governmental investigations and claims related to data privacy, including legislative subpoenas, Department of Justice investigations, and administrative proceedings initiated by state attorneys general. Elena is also involved in handling class action litigation arising out of consumer protection statutes, unfair competition statutes, and privacy laws.
