Elizabeth A. Thomasian is Managing Partner of the Fresno office. She handles a wide range of personal injury and property damage cases, including premises liability, construction defect, habitability, and fire loss cases. Located in the Central Valley, a large portion of her practice also consists of agriculturally-based litigation, including crop loss, tractor and equipment-related accidents, big rig accidents, and animal loss cases, such as people being harmed by horses or cattle.
Representative Experience
- Represented client in binding arbitration hearing wherein the arbitration award that client had to pay was approximately $750,000 less than the last amount demanded by injured party.
- Successful in terminating motion which resulted in judgment in favor of client and sanctions against plaintiffs.
- Successfully negotiated multiple cases down over a difference of seven figures at mediation and in informal negotiations.
