Ernest Isola is the co-chair of GRSM’s National Construction Practice Group and the Group Leader for the Construction Practice Group in the San Francisco office. He has been with GRSM since 1997 and is a Partner in both the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Ernest’s practice has focused on Complex Construction Litigation, Environmental Litigation, and Transactional Matters. Over his career spanning over 20 years, Ernest has represented owners, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, geologists, design professionals, construction managers, and product manufacturers in every type of construction claim, including claims for project delay, loss of productivity, inefficiency, acceleration, compensation and payment claims, cost overruns, change orders, design/construction deficiencies, design professional copyright claims, differing site conditions, and worksite injuries. Ernest also has significant experience representing environmental consultants and contractors in matters involving environmental contamination, Phase I and II environmental assessments, landfill closure, and breach of contract disputes.
