Ivona advises and represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and designers in various sectors of the construction industry, including but not limited to infrastructure, power, and wastewater. She has experience handling payment dispute claims, delay, and impact claims, contract termination, and wrongful termination claims, among others. Ivona has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, including arbitration.
