Matt Horgan is Co-Managing Partner of the Pittsburgh office of GRSM and focuses his practice on the development and management of alternative risk transfer programs, including captive insurance companies and other self-insurance arrangements.

- Successful management and handling of healthcare regulatory matters – including licensing, reimbursements, citations and investigations.
- Proven record of positioning of clients to enhance claims control and to capture the benefits of favorable underwriting and risk management experience.
- Matt is a frequent lecturer and educator on matters relating to healthcare risk management, providing strategies for successful patient outcomes and claims avoidance.
