James H. Mokhtarzadeh is an Associate in the Walnut Creek office of GRSM and is a member of the Environmental & Toxic Tort practice group, where he has been practicing since 2020. James focuses on the defense of large, multi-party environmental matters, including mass tort and products liability litigation involving alleged toxic injury arising from asbestos and talc, representing a wide range of clients in all stages of stages of litigation, including through trial. Prior to joining GRSM in Walnut Creek, James practiced business litigation in Sacramento, representing clients ranging from national banks, public utilities, railroads, state agencies, and local businesses though which developed experience in recognizing and understanding the individual and complex issues facing of these entities.
