Jan K. Buddingh, Jr. is Senior Counsel in the San Diego office of GRSM. He has been a civil litigation defense attorney since 1987, has litigated and tried a wide variety of cases and is experienced arguing both writ petitions and appeals.

He is experienced in litigating discrimination cases, including numerous ADA public access lawsuits.  His ADA experience includes dealing with website accessibility and website content claims.

During law school Jan worked as an investigator for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

Community Involvement

Jan volunteers as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court. He is also a member of the City of Chula Vista Charter Review Commission.  In addition, Jan is Chairman of the National Legal Commission of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO).
