Jason D. Goldwater is a Partner in the San Diego office. He represents companies in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, in employment and commercial litigation matters. He has practiced throughout California in both state and Federal courts, and is admitted to all California Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit.
