Jason D. Goldwater is a Partner in the San Diego office. He represents companies in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, in employment and commercial litigation matters. He has practiced throughout California in both state and Federal courts, and is admitted to all California Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit. 

Jason has experience litigating a wide range of matters, including single-plaintiff, class-action, and PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims. He also advises companies regarding best practices. 

His experience includes representing and advising large, publicly-traded, Fortune 500 and Fortune 500 Global companies in all stages of litigation, including appeals. His clients have included well-known enterprises and household names in various industries, including the technology, banking, health care, and manufacturing industries. His practice has included bet-the-company litigation in matters such as consumer, employment, and mass-tort class actions, as well as multi-district litigation. He has also tried several cases to verdict in both bench and jury trials, and enjoys a reputation as a fierce litigator.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jason was an attorney at a global law firm and subsequently owned his own legal practice for several years. In law school, he interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
