Jay S. Gregory is a Partner in the Boston office of GRSM. He focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and the defense of professional liability actions brought against professionals, including architects, engineers, surveyors, real estate brokers, insurance agents and brokers, appraisers and attorneys. He has practiced in both state and federal courts, before administrative and arbitration tribunals and in numerous non-binding mediations.

He also has spoken at numerous seminars relative to the defense of design professionals, use of expert witnesses, deposition preparation, and risk management issues. 

In addition to participating in dozens of mediations as an advocate, Jay also acts as a mediator and/or arbitrator in various forms of alternative dispute resolution.  He handles a broad range of cases with a focus on construction and real estate disputes. Having first trained as a mediator in 2001, Jay also served on the panel of neutrals with the American Arbitration Association for more than eight years.
