John Hilkin is a litigator focused primarily in insurance defense. John has obtained defense verdicts in first and third-party insurance litigation and taken cases to trial in areas including automobile accidents, premises liability, ski collisions, products liability, real estate disputes, and construction schedule delays. John is experienced in all stages of litigation, having successfully represented clients ranging from children to large corporate entities in arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials in both Colorado state and federal court.

- 2021 – Johnn’s client received a favorable verdict in a real estate matter after the jury found Plaintiff’s expert not credible as a result of his cross examination.
