John W. Burns is a partner in the Pittsburgh and Weirton, West Virginia offices of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Construction Law and Healthcare practice groups.  His practice has a particular emphasis in complex commercial litigation and also concentrates on general liability litigation, construction law and corporate and business services.  His extensive litigation and court experience and service as a clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania provides him with valuable perspective in providing legal services to small and mid-size businesses in a variety of areas.

John has tried cases to verdict before juries, tried multiple non-jury cases and represented a variety of clients in dozens of arbitrations and proceedings in the minor judiciary.
