- Successfully obtained numerous dismissals, nominal settlements and favorable results in New Jersey and New York asbestos, talcum powder, and chemical exposure actions.
- Served as a member of national coordinating counsel team for a manufacturing company involving tens of thousands of asbestos related cases.
- Served as a member of national coordinating counsel team and local counsel in New Jersey for a national chemical company involving chemical exposure, premises liability and commercial matters.
- Represented a manufacturing company and insurance carriers in environmental actions including various Superfund sites.
- Designed and directed large due diligence investigations for corporate defendants relating to mass tort litigation matters.
- Represented property management companies providing advisory and litigation assistance.
- Successfully briefed and/or argued cases before New Jersey’s Appellate Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
