Kourtney E. Doman is a Partner in the Pittsburgh office of GRSM and is a member of the Real Estate and Energy & Natural Resources practice group. She handles litigation matters affecting exploration and production (E&P) companies, gathering/midstream companies and well service companies. Specifically, she focuses her practice on property-related litigation matters in the Appalachian Basin, including breach of contract claims, lease disputes, mineral trespass actions, nuisance matters, quiet title actions, ROW disputes and personal injury lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, Kourtney worked at several mid-sized firms in both Pennsylvania and Texas assisting with contract, corporate and civil litigation.
