Kristina L. Marsh serves as the Office Managing Partner for the firm's Tampa office. She is an experienced civil litigator, working closely with her clients to develop innovative, case-specific litigation and defense strategies so that they can make informed, realistic, and cost-effective decisions. Kristina has extensive experience in first-party property claims (residential, commercial, and business interruption), commercial trucking and transportation coverage claims, complex coverage cases, analyzing complex coverage issues, evaluating policy-specific issues, and bringing these issues before the courts, as needed.  Moreover, she has considerable experience handling bad faith and extra-contractual liability claims and helping clients develop avoidance strategies in first and third-party insurance matters. Kristina has experience in all aspects of trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts in a variety of complex insurance and non-insurance cases, including, but not limited to employment matters, certain professional liability matters, and construction defect cases.

In addition to the foregoing, Kristina is also a Circuit Civil Mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida and devotes some time to mediating a broad range of civil disputes, including but not limited to personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, forced placed insurance, priority of coverage, equitable subrogation and indemnification, commercial, construction, disputes involving homeowner/condominium associations, and bad faith. Kristina’s experience as both a litigator and a mediator provides her with an appreciation of the expense and risk of litigation and works closely with her clients to find ways to achieve an early resolution and minimize expense, where possible.
