Laegan K. Meyers

Associate

Laegan Meyers is an associate attorney at GRSM, concentrating on civil and construction litigation. Before joining the firm, she clerked for Chief Judge David Gratton at the Idaho Court of Appeals and externed for Judge Winmill at the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, gaining insights into appellate and federal practice. She earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she was a National Moot Court Team member and runner-up in the McNichols Oral Argument Competition. Laegan also interned with the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office, further broadening her practical legal perspective. Her earlier work as a Victim Services Coordinator, primarily serving First Nation communities in Saskatchewan, Canada, and her master’s degree from the University of Alaska have shaped her compassionate, community-focused approach to advocacy.

Raised in Alaska, Laegan brings empathy and resilience to her practice, drawing from life experiences that include working as a cattle farmer in Canada. Outside of work, she is involved with Idaho Women Lawyers and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two children. This blend of professional accomplishments, community involvement, and diverse personal experiences makes her a dynamic asset to the GRSM team.
