Linh T. Hua is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group and Chair of the Employment Class Action Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. She represents employers and management in all aspects of state and federal employment litigation and workplace compliance.

Linh specializes in wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and FLSA collective actions. The depth of her complex litigation experience has allowed clients to resolve their matters in arbitration, administrative hearings, or litigation through the conclusion of jury trial. Linh has obtained resolution through class action jury trial in California and obtained exceptional results for her clients through dispositive motions in a variety of matters. Her employment practice also includes successfully defending businesses against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Linh regularly advises and counsels small businesses and large corporations on compliance with state and federal laws. Her practice includes advising clients in workplace policies and practices, personnel matters, management training, employee discipline and terminations, leaves of absence, employment and severance agreements, company policies, and employee handbooks.

She assists businesses in various industries, including nonprofit community services, banking, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, food services, construction, security services, entertainment, technology and tech startups, education, staffing services, and healthcare.

Prior to joining GRSM, Linh was a partner at a Los Angeles firm that aggressively litigated wage and hour class actions and individual wrongful termination claims in state and federal courts.
