Margaret Boehmer is a Partner in the Denver office of GRSM and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare, Healthcare, Regulatory Transactions & Telehealth, and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. Margaret represents healthcare providers in litigation disputes and regulatory matters, including professional liability, personal injury, fraud and abuse, employment disputes, and disciplinary actions. She is experienced in navigating privacy and data security matters and advising on compliance with applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA, HITECH and 42 CFR Part 2. She also has experience on a variety of transactional issues, including but not limited to the areas of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act. Margaret has advocated for clients in administrative, state, and federal courts throughout the country, on both the trial court and appellate court levels.
