Matteo A. Taraborrelli

Matteo Taraborrelli is an Associate of the New York office. He represents employers across the U.S. in employment and commercial matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies at all levels including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Matteo has defended international companies, startups, corporate restaurant groups, religious institutions, and small business owners against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, breach of contract, defamation, fraud and other employment and commercial litigation issues.
