Quinn Murphy brings over 20 years of legal and trial experience to the firm. His practice focuses on business, construction, and commercial litigation. Quinn has represented contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, real estate developers in litigation throughout the United States. He is a trial lawyer with significant trial experience in state and federal court. In addition to his significant first chair trial experience, Quinn has successfully mediated and arbitrated disputes to resolution in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, California, New York, and throughout the United States.

- Representing contractors, equipment rental companies, subcontractors, and suppliers in filing and prosecuting mechanics lien and payment bond claims in all 50 states.
- Prosecuting and defending claims of defective construction and project delay throughout the United States.
- Represented contractor in unlawful interference claim based on design professional's interference with project bid.
- Defended project owner in claim for $7.5 million project cost overage asserted by general contractor.
- Assisting clients throughout the United States in designing internal collection system to maximize accounts receivable recovery.
Environmental Contamination
- Defended property owner in California against purchaser's claim for recovery of $5 million EPA-mandated soil remediation costs arising from petroleum infiltration.
- Represented Illinois college in prosecution of $1.5 million claim to recover mold remediation cost against HVAC contractor arising from defective product and design.
- Defended seller of property in Chicago, Illinois in $3.5 million action filed by property purchaser based on diesel fuel leak and soil/water remediation cost.
- Defended contractor in Madison County, Illinois against personal injury claims of aerosol fume inhalation arising from application of concrete sealant in commercial warehouse.
