Nancy A. Cundiff is a Partner in the New Orleans and Cleveland offices of GRSM. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Employment Law practice groups. Nancy’s combined experience litigating complicated contract disputes and large tort claims gives her unique insight into the business concerns of her clients and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex legal issues. This grasp of the big picture frequently allows her to identify opportunities for early resolution of disputes and to root out potential obstacles in negotiations.  

Nancy is a licensed title insurance agent in Louisiana. She has a breadth of experience negotiating commercial leases in retail, office, medical use and warehouse spaces. She assists real estate developer clients in issues ranging from zoning and permitting and real estate sales, to construction defect claims. Nancy draws on her extensive commercial leasing and transactional experience to counsel clients in management of risk allocation and in defending premises liability claims. 

Nancy also handles employment law matters, including discrimination claims. Her work has earned her recognition among her peers as a savvy, hard-working, and formidable opponent.
