Nico J. Piscopo focuses his practice on construction and toxic tort litigation, representing developers, general contractors, builders, and product manufacturers. He provides strategic counsel in complex condominium construction disputes, including ultra-high-end condominium projects, leveraging his deep understanding of construction law to protect his clients’ interests and navigate multi-faceted legal challenges.

With extensive experience handling both jury and non-jury trials, Nico has successfully represented clients in high-stakes litigation, ensuring favorable outcomes through meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, Nico served as the President of the Mock Trial Society, honing his advocacy skills early in his career and also winning mock trial and negotiation competitions while in law school. He is also a former member of the prestigious Oliver Ellsworth Inns of Court, reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and continuous learning in the legal profession.
