P. Gerhardt Zacher is an experienced litigation partner whose practice is primarily focused on the representation of chemical manufacturers, formulators and distributors in product liability, environmental and business litigation. With substantial jury and non-jury experience, he has successfully defended a significant number of complex cases, including large exposure environmental and personal injury actions and complex business disputes.

In addition to his representation of a number of agricultural chemical companies including Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc., Valent USA Corporation, Bayer CropScience and Wilbur Ellis Company, Gery as the head of the firm’s Agrichemicals & Agribusiness Practice Group, is also the firm’s representative for its memberships in CropLife America and Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment.

Gery has successfully served and continues to serve as lead counsel for several chemical companies in toxic tort and crop loss litigation throughout California and the Western United States. The matters have been disposed of through dispositive, pre-trial motions or otherwise favorably resolved.
