Patrick K. Burns is a Partner in GRSM’s Government Contracts, Artificial Intelligence, Commercial Litigation, and Tribal & Native American practice groups. His practice primarily focuses on state and federal procurement matters, including bid protests at the Government Accountability Office, Miller Act claims, and Contract Disputes Act cases before the Court of Federal Claims and various Boards of Contract Appeals. Patrick also advises contractors on regulatory compliance issues involving the FAR, Davis-Bacon Act, and Service Contract Act, among other regulations.
