P. Saxon Guerriere is a Co-Managing Partner of the Dallas office of GRSM. He is an experienced member of trial teams in complex multi-district civil litigation. Saxon handles multiple cases for several clients in state, federal, and MDL courts across the country and is responsible for all aspects of litigation from inception through dismissal, settlement, or trial.

Saxon has acted as trial counsel in cases from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL to Houston, TX to Wilmington, DE in cases involving product liability, wrongful death, mass tort, environmental liability, medical malpractice involving long-term care facilities. He has also acted as local counsel in New Mexico for various clients, and is national coordinating counsel of environmental and toxic tort litigation for a major energy conglomerate. Saxon has also trained, prepared, and defended several corporate representatives in complex high-stakes depositions.

The day after Saxon was sworn in as a licensed attorney, he was in a courtroom arguing and defending the rights of a client. From that day forward, he has brought the same excitement, passion, and enthusiasm to protecting the interests of his clients as he did that day as a newly minted lawyer. His clients are not just companies, but organizations made of people he has built relationships with. People who he cares about providing with results they can be proud of.

In his spare time, Saxon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. On most Saturdays in the fall, you can find them at TCU football games, where they are long-time season ticket holders. In the winter and spring, he also closely follows the UNC Tar Heels’ basketball team.
