Priya Natarajan is an Associate Attorney in the Healthcare Law practice group in the San Francisco office of GRSM. Priya represents industry healthcare clients who serve elderly populations and provides litigation support for allegations against negligence, wrongful death, and elder abuse. 

Prior to attending law school, Priya graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and minor in Global Poverty and Practice, which inspired her to join Teach for America as a full-time Special Education teacher in East San Jose. During her time as teacher, she obtained her Masters in Special Education at Loyola Marymount University. 

Priya later earned her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University. While attending law school, Priya was the Director of Honors Moot Court External, Co-Director of Honors Moot Court Internal, the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law Volume 21, and served as an Academic Success Program Fellow. As a law student, she interned as a law clerk at several Santa Clara law firms and provided legal support for estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
