Probal G. Young

He is an experienced litigator with hundreds of successfully-settled cases, as well as several jury trials to verdict as well as binding arbitrations. He defends major corporations not only in products liability cases, but also in catastrophic personal injury actions and landlord-tenant habitability actions. Probal also defends healthcare providers and nursing and assisted living facilities against Elder Abuse claims.

On the Environmental side, Probal has closed several CERCLA and Superfund sites and has defended a wide array of developers and general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction litigation. Probal has significant experience with other civil actions, including but not limited to the representation of HOAs, defense of ADA claims and other groups and individuals. Probal also represents several television personalities in the Los Angeles areas in contract and other negotiations, as well as general management and agent roles.

While in the Bay Area, Probal taught several law school and paralegal program classes at JFK School of Law. Presently, Probal is an Associate Professor of Law at Irvine University College of the Law in Los Angeles County. Probal also presents webinars for the Continuing Education of the Bar.
