Ricardo Peña is a commercial litigation Associate in the New Jersey office. Ricardo represents clients in a wide range of matters through various phases of litigation including investigation, pre-trial discovery, negotiation, and resolution.

Prior to joining GRSM, Ricardo attended Villanova Law School where he diversified his legal experience by representing numerous clients seeking asylum through Villanova’s Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services, and by competing in numerous sports law negotiation and mediation competitions at law schools around the United States where he finished with top honors in multiple competitions. Ricardo also attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
