Robin Foret’s practice includes traditional employment-related matters, employment litigation, agency complaints and employment-related regulatory compliance that includes EEOC, OSHA, DOL, NLRB and FLSA laws. Robin has first chair trial experience in state and federal courts in employment matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in AAA and FINRA arbitrations, and in EEOC, DOL and NLRB agency matters. Robin is a mediator and is an arbitrator for the FINRA.

Since 2010, Robin has served as outside General Counsel for a large regional after-market automotive parts company and outside labor and employment counsel for several other companies, including a large luxury car dealership.  Her responsibilities have included handling employment matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, reviewing leases, transportation laws, copyright and trade secret matters, negotiating settlements, developing safety and emergency response plans, handling agency and litigation disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

Robin is Board Certified in Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
