Ronit M. Stone is a Partner in GRSM’s San Francisco office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She routinely handles a wide variety of business/legal matters, providing strategic and relevant legal counsel to emergent and established businesses and individuals in various industries including, real estate, healthcare, non-profit, technology, hospitality, and advertising. Ronit has also represented clients in challenges by governmental agencies. Practice areas include:
- Serve as GRSM real estate counsel for office leases across the US
- Represent client in lease of 150,000 rsf industrial manufacturing facility
- Represented healthcare provider in purchase of three office buildings in San Francisco
- Represent Korean real estate private equity fund in the acquisition and lease of a 432-room resort
- Represented owners of a Napa Valley winery, in connection with a complex sale of a majority interest in the winery business to a luxury conglomerate
- Represented client in acquisition of raw land for cannabis cultivation
- Represented seller in connection with the sale of its multi-location optical shops to the world’s largest eyewear company
- Provided counsel to large fast-food franchisee in connection with the financing and acquisition of 24 stores from a bankrupt estate
- Provided succession planning advice and drafted buy-sell agreements for variety of professionals (lawyers, CPAs, physicians and dentists)
- Represented healthcare facility in connection with bridge loan and management services agreement
- Represent serial investor in convertible loan and option agreements with new technology companies
- Drafted partnership agreement for hospital-based anesthesiology group
