Scott Heck is a Partner in the Employment Practice Group at GRSM. He litigates in state and federal courts regarding employment disputes and significant products liability claims. He has also appeared before the Appellate Division regarding employment related matters. Scott's experience also includes ERISA related claims, first party insurance claims including bad faith allegations, mass torts, products liability, environmental, civil rights, constructive/comparative trust applications, condominium association law, broker liability, coverage litigation (construction, environmental, and general liability), and minority shareholder oppression. Scott also drafts and updates employee handbooks and provides general employment counseling to clients including family owned businesses and international clients exceeding 45,000 employees.

Prior to joining GRSM, Scott was a law clerk to the Honorable Marlene Lynch Ford, J.S.C of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
